FAQ:
Q1. Could you please describe the process for creating the bamboo and corn fabric for the sanitary pads?
A1: Mainly we'd like to find out if it's manufactured with Viscose Rayon process, or Lyocell? Could you please explain more in detail? The corn and bamboo fiber fabric is made by spunlace method. Only include bamboo fiber, corn starch+PLA.
Q2. do you accept small orders to start with, as described on website, it says you have ready stock to provide. Are they printed already? And what is package bags details? Is the quotation same as the one you have sent to us?
A2: For OEM, Our MOQ is 100,000pcs per size. We have some stock which is pure white without any logo. One package is transparent bag, one is printed bag for Australia market. If you like, we can supply for you.
Q3. Which logistic company are you using? our understanding is the logistic cost is included in the quotation. Is that correct?
A3: Ocean freight is not included in the quotation. What we quoted is FOB Qingdao. If you need us to help you arrange shipment, pls tell us your local port, thus we could check the freight cost.
Q4. How many pads are in a pack? And do you mean 100 000 individual pads or 100 000 packets?
A4: Usually there is 10pcs per pack. So 100,000pcs is 10,000packs.
Q5. Do have any biodegradable packaging for the diapers/sanitary napkins such as a sealed paper bag?
A5: Yes we already found such biodegradable bags factory. But such bags only can be printed simple words in one color. It can't be colorful. Both diapers and sanitary pads can use such material bags. If you can accept such bags, pls tell me. We need to check bag size first, then check price.
