Overview
The Display Case Evaporator is a very important part of the four major components of refrigeration. It mainly uses the physical principle of converting liquid into gas, the low temperature condensing liquid and the outside air for heat exchange, gasification and heat absorption, to achieve the effect of refrigeration. Usually mainly consists of two parts: the heating chamber and the evaporation chamber. The heating room is mainly to provide the liquid with the heat required for evaporation, prompting the liquid to boil and vaporize; the evaporation room makes the two phases of gas and liquid completely separated.
